Hello everyone. Welcome to Ruchkar Mejwani with Sonali Premix Special. Till now we have seen restaurant style premixes of rich gravies. Today, I’ll be showing you a type of exotic premix. And that is a ‘Pasta Premix’.
For this premix we will need 1 tbsp cashew powder. 1 tbsp magaj powder (melon seed). 3 tbsp milk powder. Let’s mix it. Next, we will add 1 tbsp onion powder. 1 tsp garlic powder. Let’s give it a mix.
Next, we will add 1.5 tbsp tomato powder. 1.5 tsp cheese powder. 1 tsp chilli flakes. 1 tsp corn flour. 1 tsp sugar. I have taken caster sugar here. Let’s mix it. Now, let’s add 1.5 tsp mixed Italian herbs.
1 tsp salt. And some red color. This is optional. Let’s mix this. And our ‘Pasta Premix’ is ready. Now, let’s start making ‘Pasta’. What we have to do is add a mixture of milk and water in it.
I have taken 1 cup water and 1 cup milk here. Let’s add it to the premix water now. Let’s keep mixing it. Our pan is hot now. Let’s add 1 tsp butter in it. You can add a little more. I personally like butter so I am adding a bit more.
Once the butter melts add boiled vegetables in it. Only the bell peppers are raw. I have taken baby corn and mushroom. Let’s sauté them. Now, let’s add our premix in this. Let’s mix it. Let it boil for a while.
A boil should come. Now, let’s add pasta in it. I have boiled this pasta. You can take 100-150 gms pasta. I had taken about 100-150 gms veggies. Hence, I have taken pasta of same quantity. Let’s mix it.
I have used penne pasta here. You can use fusilli, macaroni or spaghetti pasta as well. Now, allow it to cook for 2 mins. And, our ‘Pasta’ is ready. Really quick and easy. It is ready really quickly.
