Namaskar I am Nisha Madhulika Today, we will make stuffed Tandoori potato We will use a special ingredient to make it more tasty and scrumptious Come, let us start the cooking We took 4 potatoes to make stuffed Tandoori potato We have peeled them.
Now, we will hollow them by scooping It is a scooper We will use it to remove the potatoes We have hollowed a potato Hollow all the potatoes likewise We will dip it back in the water otherwise it will become dark We have hollowed all the potatoes Now, we will wash them and remove from the water Make sure the excess water moves out from it Now, we will wash the scooped remaining of potatoes and place it on a cotton cloth so that the cloth can absorb the extra water from it.
Now, we have to fry these potatoes To fry it, we took some oil in a wok Preheat it Let us check its temperature Add a slice of potato in it and as you can notice it is frying well. The rightly heated oil is required to fry potatoes The water has drained out from these potatoes Add them to fry Keep the flame from medium to high Slightly turn the flame to low and fry the potatoes until they become golden brown from all the sides.
They have slightly fried from the bottom We will flip them They have fried and has become rightly golden brown We will drain them out Stop a ladle on the corner of wok and remove in a plate Fry the remaining potato cuttings too Make sure that you wipe it well before frying using a towel.
Otherwise, the oil will bounce They have also fried and became brown. Now, we will cook the stuffing to insert it in the potatoes Take a pan and add 2 teaspoons of oil in it Preheat it Add a 1/2 inch of finely chopped ginger baton to it Add it in the hot oil followed by 2 finely chopped green chillies.
Turn the flame to medium Saute them It is 2 tablespoons of finely chopped cashews and add a tablespoon of raisin too Saute all the ingredients We have roasted them for a minute to make them crunchy. Add a cup of grated cottage cheese to the roasted ingredients.
Add a 1/2 quantity of potato cuttings Add a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it Add a 1/2 teaspoon of Chaat Masala to it and add MAGGI Masala ae Magic to it It is made up of 10 roasted spices that’s why there is no requirement of adding the larger quantity of spices to it It will help to enhance its taste Mix all the ingredients well Mix and mash the cuttings as shown Add a teaspoon of green coriander to it The stuffing is ready, we will stuff it inside a potato Press it as shown from the end of a spoon Stuff all the potatoes likewise We have stuffed all the potatoes Now, we will make the marination for it It is a 1/2 cup of hung curd We added the curd in a strainer and kept it there till the whole water separated from it Add 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour to it Add a teaspoon of ginger paste to it Add a teaspoon of green chilli paste to it Add a 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder to it Add a teaspoon of red chilli powder to it Add a 1/2 teaspoon of Chaat Masala to it Add a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it Now, I will add a packet of Maggi Masala Ae-MAGIC to it We haven’t used the larger quantity of spices in it We are not adding coriander powder, cumin powder and Garam Masala to it.
Because, this Masala is already consist of ten roasted spices It will help to enhance the taste of potatoes Mix it well Add a tablespoon of oil to it and mix well The marinate mixture for marination is ready Spread it over the potatoes The potatoes are ready Let us keep them aside for 10 minutes and later on, we will bake them To bake it,we will assemble it into a squeezer and place a lemon slice after it, Assemble these too Place it in the oven for baking We have already preheated the oven at 200-degree centigrade Now, let’s bake it for 15 minutes Remove the potatoes Tandoori stuffed potato is ready to be served Serve it along with coriander or mint dip, it tastes scrumptious along with them.
We have baked it in the oven You can even bake it in the cooker similar to the baking process of Nan-Khatai. It will also bake well in the pressure cooker.
