Hello everyone. Welcome to Ruchkar Mejwani with Sonali. What is the first recipe that comes to our mind when we talk about Chinese? Which is Veg Fried Rice! I had received many requests on Ruchkar Mejwani for making Veg Fried Rice.
So, today I am going to fulfill that request. So lets make Veg Fried Rice. So to begin with lets heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Oil is hot now. I am going to add 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic. Next, lets add 1 finely chopped green chilli.
I have chopped 2 onions from the spring onion. Lets mix it. 14th cup finely chopped capsicum. 14th cup french beans. 14th cup finely chopped carrots. 14th cabbage finely sliced. Lets mix everything.
The vegetables are raw. I haven’t boiled anything. Lets stir this on high flame. Here I have taken 1 cup cooked rice. Which is 90% cooked. Lets mix it. Now, we will be adding all the sauces. 1 tsp green chilli sauce, to give it a spicy flavor.
Next, add 12 tsp vinegar. 1 tsp soya sauce. Lets mix it again. We have to do this on high flame. Lets add salt as per taste. I am going to add only 12 tsp salt as Soya sauce includes salt. Also, we have already added salt while cooking the rice.
To enhance the flavor of fried rice I have taken 12 cube of vegetable stock. And have made a powder of it. We are adding this powder as we aren’t adding Ajino Moto. Which is used in Chinese cooking for flavor.
But, we are going to avoid adding it. Our Fried Rice is ready! Lets add spring onion sprigs on it. And give it a final mix. Veg Fried Rice is ready! As requested by you all I have shown you Veg Fried Rice recipe.
