Hello everyone. Welcome to Ruchkar Mejwani with Sonali. The most favorite dish of Chinese food lovers is Hakka Noodles. So, today I am going to show you a restaurant styled Hakka Noodles at home. I have taken a vessel.
And have kept water for boiling. Once the water boils add 1 tbsp salt to it. And when the water has boiled properly, add noodles to it. I have taken 1 pack of noodles. Lets cook them now. Noodles are cooked.
Lets strain the noodles to remove the excess water. Now, we are pouring cold water on it so that it don’t stick. Now add 1 tsp oil to it so that it doesn’t stick. I have taken a wok here, as Chinese cooking is done on high flame.
Now I am adding 2 tbsp oil. The oil is hot now. Add 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic. Next add finely chopped celery. I have taken the sprig of celery. which gives nice flavor to Chinese. You can even use coriander sprig.
Next, I am adding 3 finely chopped green chillies. Lets mix it properly. Now, add onion to it. Take the white part of spring onion. Keep the flame high. Next, we’ll add mix vegetables. In this I have taken french beans about 12 cup.
Carrot 12 cup. Everything is finely chopped. Capsicum 12 cup as well. Lets add cabbage. Quantity of cabbage is bit more. Now, add 1 tsp sugar. 1 tsp salt. 1 tbsp soya sauce. And now, add the noodles to it.
We have to stir everything on high flame. Not for a long time but for few minutes. I haven’t added ajinomoto in it. Our noodles are ready. Lastly, lets add spring onion to it. Lets remove it in a plate.
