Welcome to www.mrunalinee.com Today we will make Chilli Mushroom If you enjoy my recipes don’t forget to like , share and comment Let’s start today’s recipe We need all these ingredients for making this dish Mushrooms – 200 gm Diced onion – 1 ( Medium ) , cut it like I have shown Diced bell pepper / Capsicum – 1 ( Small ) Chopped spring onion All purpose flour – 4 tbsp Corn flour – 2 tbsp Crushed ginger and garlic – 1 tsp Instead of it you can also take ginger garlic paste Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic and green chili Salt Tomato sauce Red chilli sauce Instead of it you can also use green chilli sauce Soya sauce Vinegar And some oil Wipe the mushrooms using a wet cloth So that it will be crispy after frying ** Do not wash it in water ** It is done now Let’s make a batter Take a mixing bowl Add 4 tbsp all purpose flour / Maida Corn flour – 2 tbsp Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp Put salt as per taste And mix all together Then add 1/2 tsp soya sauce Add crushed ginger and garlic in it Mix it well Ginger and garlic adds very nice flavour to this batter After a good mix Gradually add the required water to make a fine batter Stir it very well with the spoon until all the lumps dissolve The consistency should be like this Keep it aside And heat some oil for frying mushrooms Oil is heated now Then nicely dip the cut mushrooms in prepared batter And gently place one-by-one into the hot oil keep the gas flame medium Cook it for 1 – 2 minutes And stir it occasionally Here mushrooms are turned to light brown Now take it out into a container Fry the remaining mushrooms in the same way Crispy mushrooms are ready now The outer layer is crispy and inner part is nicely cooked keep it aside And let’s prepare sauce mixture Put 2 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tbsp red chilli sauce Instead of it you can also add green chilli sauce And put chilli sauce according to your taste Soya sauce – 1 tsp Stir it well Sauce mixture is ready now Turn on the flame and heat the pan Put some oil ( 2 – 3 tbsp ) Once the oil is heated add chopped garlic and chilli in it Garlic gives very nice taste to this dish Also garlic has numerous health benefits It helps to reduce joint pain , clears nasal congestion etc Here it looks light brown Add cut onions in it And then saute it on medium flame for a minute ** Do not over roast or over cook the onions ** It seems light brown in colour now Then add capsicums in it And saute it for few time For Chinese dish , crunchiness should be there in onions and capsicums Then add chopped spring onion and fry a little Now add the prepared sauce mixture in it And stir well Then put 1/2 tsp black pepper powder Put salt according to your taste ( 1/4 tsp ) ** Carefully add salt in it as sauce itself has salt ** Now take 1 tbsp of corn flour in a bowl Add 2 tbsp water and stir nicely Then pour the corn flour mixture in the sauce pan and mix well Here it looks thick now Now add the fried mushrooms in it and mix everything very well Then add 1/2 tsp vinegar in it Mix it well on high flame for a minute And then turn off the flame Decorate it by adding little chopped spring onion And white sesame seeds ( Optional ) Chilli mushroom is ready to serve now You can serve it hot as a starter Or else take it with any Chinese dish such as fried rice , noodles So try this recipe at home And share with me your experience Thank you See you soon in my next video You could subscribe my channel by clicking on this face icon
