Hello Today i am sharing another delicious yet quick recipe For lunch or dinner Delicious and healthy too As i am using chicken and vegetables too And it will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes So let`s start Potatoes 2 medium sized Peel and wash And grate Carrot 1 Peel,wash and grate Now i am adding 1 small sized onion Grate it or finely chop Key ingredient of this dish Chicken mince 300g Now it`s time to season Black pepper 1/2 tsp Or to taste Salt to taste Paprika powder 1/2 tsp Coriander or parsley 2 tbsp Its optional to add color Now mix well You don`t need bread crumbs or cornflour to bind Now make meatballs or thick patties I have made patties as it`s easy to fry Vegetable oil 2 tbsp Heat on medium flame Add patties one by one Fry on medium flame Don`t over cook Just as it has golden color on both sides I will not cook it at this stage 100 percent As i will cook the patties in the sauce too And then chicken and vegetables will be done Take out and set aside For sauce i am using Heavy cream 150ml Mixed dried herbs 1 tsp Chicken powder 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Black pepper to taste I have used 1/4 tsp Mustard paste 1/2 tsp Tomato paste 1 tsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Water 1/4 cup Mix it well Cornflour 1 tsp It will make sauce creamy and thick Mix well And sauce mix is ready Olive oil 1 tsp Garlic 1 clove finely chopped Saute at medium flame Until it`s golden Now add sauce mix Start to cook at medium flame Until it starts boiling Add fried patties Cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes At low to medium flame Until patties are done and sauce is thick Our lunch is ready Check the sauce Add chopped parsley or coriander Serve with boiled noodles or salad Tender and juicy from inside If you have liked this quick lunch recipe Then like and share Subscribe and press the bell icon for updates Untill then Bye
