Here’s the most perfect garlic sauce that’s as creamy as mayonnaise! This garlic sauce is well known for be served in a shawarma sandwich or as a side dip of a shawarma plate. In a Mediterranean family it’s also quite often made to complement a BBQ meat/chicken or potato wedges.
The ingredients are simple, organic, and can be found in every household:
2 egg whites
juice of half a lemon (1 tbsp of white vinegar can be used as substute)
4 cloves of garlic (increase or decrease based on your preference)
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup of mazola oil (you may use a little less or more based on when your sauce thickens up)
