Doing the Slim Fast diet and instead of slim fast shakes I’m using Pure Protein shakes and Lichi meal replacement. Eating slim fast snack bars and fruits. Plus 1 sensible meal per day. DRINKING LOTS OF WATER
working out for at least 1hr daily
