1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
½ cup olive oil
½ cup apple juice or water
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp minced shallots
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground white pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
