Hey friends, I am not wasting any time today – gluten free, refined sugar free brownie in under one minute – say, what?! Spray down a small ramekin and into this you’re going to add oat flour, cocoa powder, egg whites, coconut oil, almond milk, stevia, vanilla and baking powder.
Use a fork to stir it all up until it’s a thin brownie batter consistency. Also you can top up with a few mini dark chocolate chips. It is optional but recommended. Transfer to your microwave for 45 seconds.
Remove, allow to cool slightly and enjoy. Thumbs up for brownies. This is one of my favorite quick and easy recipes. It is just barely a hundred calories and made with awesome ingredients and it works.
