My 2nd day on CWP, feeling tired, bloated and my water intake hasn’t been as good but still remaining positive.
The level of food intake is manageable just need to get used to weighing stuff as I’m so used to just throw wing however much I think I can eat😂🙈
My fave meal is breakfast as I really enjoy the shakes 👍🏽
On the whole so far so good 😘
