How we got our start?
In 2015, after two years of research, development, samples, molds, and hundreds of hours of design, ideas became products and Cangshan Cutlery was born. The Cangshan logo was handwritten by Henry’s dad and his values and vision, passed down to his son, are the real spirit of everything we do.

Hand crafted full tang knives forged from tight grained, X50Cr15MoV German Steel for incredible durability, stain resistance and exceptional edge retention. Each blade goes through an (ultra6) stage heat treatment ensuring every blade maintains it strength and function. Hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side. HRC 58 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.
