… * Ingredients Full List * 4 Dry Red Chillies, Half Onion, 10 Cloves of Garlic 1 Inch of Ginger, 2 Star Cloves Add 6 more Dry Red Chillies (* forgot to add it the first time * :P) 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds Add some water and grind them into a coarse paste.
* DO NOT grind them into a Smooth Paste * Clean 300g of Chicken and Add some salt and turmeric powder to it. Add 3/4th of the Masala paste to the Chicken and Coat them well Add required amount of salt and squeeze half a lemon and mix well Keep the chicken aside for an hour to marinate Add rest of the masala and salt to the grated coconut and mix well To make the dry mix 1 Tablespoon of Rice Flour, 1 Tablespoon of Corn Flour, some salt 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon of Garam Masala and mix thoroughly Coat the Marinated Chicken with the prepared dry mix and Coat each Chicken pieces individually Lets start.

Lets shallow fry the coated chicken in coconut oil Turn over the Chicken Pieces at regular intervals of 2 minutes until it cooks well Add the grated coconut masala to the same oil and fry them until it becomes golden brown Crispy Coconut Masala is the specialty of this recipe 🙂 *comic dialogue* Once we add the crispy coconut masala and fried green chillies, curry leaves to the fried chicken our recipe is complete.
