Really well-thought-out you could tell the company really cares about Their customers says happy or not happy let them know let’s take a look at nice first of all it comes in two really nice cheap with a Little plug, so it doesn’t slide out of the night does not actually slide out.
Which is really smart Great protection for the knife the blade I mean Take a look at this. This is actually what made me fall in love with knife is 62 layers of Steel you can see the actual layers on the blade.
It’s a damascus steel Hammered finish and what they actually use is VG-10 Japanese super steel this stuff is super strong. It’s a 62 on the rockwell scale Which is like Incredibly hard that makes a huge difference in your knives at like So you don’t have to sharpen them as much This is the softer the steel the faster that the knife will get dull So this is like Incredibly hard steel You don’t have to shop it as much the blade is so sharp is 8 to 12 degree angle per side? So it’s very very tapered I mean this stuff this knife slices through vegetables is incredible I’ve never seen a knife.
This this sharp of This caliber being so beautiful It’s got a beautiful handle no burrs anywhere, everything’s super smooth the spine on the Knife I Mean it Handles beautifully is Not super light is a little bit of heavy, but it feels great like the balance of the knife is amazing also They engraved the dull strong symbol on the blade It’s got a beautiful handle It’s actually nitrogen cooled the blade Which makes it even harder? It’s got the a beautiful doll Strong Emblem engraved on the back of the of the handle It’s also got this beautiful mosaic Pin which is actually copper Really really nice attention to detail Super Super strong, it’s like the It’s made out of a gera light the handle is called G10 gera light is impervious to cold and heat and moisture So it’s really really durable Now you can see it’s got also three rivets.
It’s also a full tank for more robustness and quality So I mean I can’t say enough about this knife the performance of it is incredible Look for it and all my upcoming videos. I will be using it from now on It’s going to add an incredible amount of beauty to our cooking I am super happy I couldn’t be more happy with a knife Not only is it beautiful, but it’s super sharp, and it handles amazingly.
