Well today, I am going to show you stress relieving, completely healthy and super delicious treat you can do at home I am going to show you how to do banana sushi just the sound of banana sushi makes me relief my stress already the ingredients we are going to need today are very simple: some bananas as well as peanut butter and sesame seeds, roasted sesame seeds Optional items are cinnamon as well as some cocao COCA-MOCA And Cocoa Powder The first step is to select a few bananas and you want pick out the straight ones Not the round ones on the outside But closer to the inside, they tend to me more straight and obviously we are going to peel the bananas first we are going to get rid of the endings, brown endings and the next kitchen trick will make it super simple I am going to grab my small skewer and put it through the banana and because my banana is not even I will start from the side and to make sure it goes all the way through there you go! because the bananas are slippery inside, I will grab my second skewer and will put it just a little bit above there you have it.
Now it will be easy to hold the banana and it will not slip off you fingers the next step is we are going to grab our peanut butter and I will put it on with a fork you see how nice and easy it is to hold on and you can just lean it against the cutting board or anything else and we are going to apply the banana easily on the banana just like that we put our peanut butter in, next step is to apply the sesame seeds I will start applying them gently like that very easy, very naturally The other variation of healthy banana sushi you can do is with cocoa I actually replace the peanut butter with cocoa by putting it into one of those tea strainers and I will just shake it up very thoroughly and you see how nicely it lays on the banana I will flip it over and we’ll take our knife and cut through the bananas into sushi pieces if your knife is sharp, it cuts through very nicely and you eat the bottom of the portion NEVER EAT FROM THE KNIFE! same with the other banana.
We’ll flip the plate toward us and cut the sushi you can cut it in any thickness you like I like them where they are bite sizes small bite sizes and the best part about it, you get to eat the ends Right away! our dish is completely cut up and ready doesn’t it look like super cool sushi? Well there is just one problem, I don’t have those sushi sticks But oh well, I will just grab my skewers and I will use them just like those Asian sticks I will grab one of those peanut butter banana sushis umm, it’s taste time! Beautiful! It’s good for you, yet super delicious!
