Tamagoyaki (tamago=egg and yaki=roast) is a typical rolled Japanese omelette. There are many different recipes, sweet or savoury, and usually made with Dashi (Japanese broth) or Mirin (Japanese vinegar) but may also be made with soy sauce, the most common ingredient in our cuisine. RECIPE IN BACK.
