Hi guys so today we are doing keto quesadillas the ingredients for the same are there’s 155 grams of almond flour next you need is baking powder then you need some parchment paper you need cheddar cheese so i am using here dlecta cheese so these are cheese slice one whole egg 6 grams of xanthan gum half a cup water and some salt 1st we take are measuring scale we highly recommend you to use a measuring scale in the measuring scale i am gonna weight 155 grams of almond flour so you can buy almond flour available on amazon we are gonna put it in the description below you can also you can take the almonds and grind the same that’s 155 grams there we go next we are gonna add 6 grams of xanthan gum to it next half teaspoon of baking powder some pink himalayan salt and lastly i am gonna add one whole egg now i am gonna mix this really well and we are gonna get a nice dough out of it before binding i am gonna also add 2 tablespoon of water to it so you can do it with a spoon or you can do it with your fingers to i am gonna do some with the spoon and then i am gonna do it with my fingers when i am gonna make dough out of it ok there we go so now you can use your fingers so now you see we have a nice dough what is formed and that’s a really nice firm dough there you go so it weights approximately 230 grams so now i am gonna make 4 equal size balls so basically this recipe make two quesadillas that means serving for 2 people now you gonna, now first we are gonna take a parchment paper and now you are gonna take 1 of the quesadillas place it here and then you are gonna place other parchment paper then take a rolling pin and roll your quesadillas ok now i am gonna take a dish which has a nice circle and remove the extras from my quesadillas now in a pan we are gonna put some baking butter spray and then put the quesadillas and now we put the quesadillas option 2 so you can also use the parchment paper 1 side and with the rolling pin just roll the quesadillas and ones you think its nicely done you can take a dish just place the dish press it down and you can remove unwanted from the side so that you get nice even roll so the quesadillas cooks super fast so you are gonna flip it up and cook it again one’s your quesadillas is cooked now we are gonna use the cheese slice or you can also grate the cheese and put the same so i am gonna keep the flame really low and i am gonna place the cheddar cheese slice which i have in my quesadillas and now i am gonna top it up with the other quesadillas and now spray some baking butter and bake the quesadillas and now you are gonna flip the same and our quesadillas is ready and our cheese quesadillas are ready our super easy keto quesadillas our ready they are a great low carb lunch option also it takes less than 15 minutes to make these quesadillas they contain only 4 grams of net carbs and they are loaded with protein each quesadillas servers about 36 grams of protein thank you so much for watching our video request you to please hit that bell button so that you get intimation of all ways of our videos we do lots of videos on train to look good series plates and amazing awesome recipes looking forward to see you soon thank you
