Namaskar! Welcome to Nishamadhulika.com. Mushroom soup tastes delicious during the winter season. Today we are going to make mushroom soup. This soup is very tasty. So come, let’s prepare mushroom soup.
Mushroom – 1 packet or 200 grams Butter – 2 tbsp Green coriander (Hara dhaniya) – 1 to 2 tbsp (Finely chopped) Cream -2 tbsp Cornflour – 2 tbsp Lemon – 1 Salt – 1 tsp or as per taste Black pepper (Kali mirch) – ¼ tsp (Crushed) Ginger paste (Adrak) – ½ tsp To make mushroom soup, first we’ll cut the mushrooms.
Wipe the mushrooms with a dry cloth. Cut th black part of the mushroom and then cut it into thin slices. Cut the mushroom further to make very small pieces. All our mushrooms are cut. Heat a pan. Add 1 or 2 tbsp butter to it.
Add ginger paste to it. Roast it a little. Now add mushrooms to it. Add salt as well. Mix well. Add black pepper. Cover it and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Let us check the mushroom. The juice from the mushroom is separated.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes. The mushroom are now soft. We have cooked the mushrooms on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the flame. Grind ¾ mushroom from these and leave ¼ mushroom in the pan as it is.
Put some water in the mixer and grind the mushrooms. Our mushrooms are grounded. Turn on the flame and add th grounded mushrooms to the pan. Add 2 cup water to it. Let it cook till it boils. Mix cornflour in water till it dissolves completely.
Mix it well to make it smooth. Once the mushroom soup starts boiling, add cornflour to it and stir well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring. Now add ½ cream to it and use the remaining cream in the end for garnishing.
Add coriander leaves as well. If you prefer eating onions, then you can add them in the beginning along with butter and ginger to the pan and roast till it is a little pink in colour. Our mushroom soup is ready.
Add 2 tsp lemon. Mix thoroughly. Our soup is ready to be served. Garnish it with cream. Hot and tasty mushroom soup is now ready. This quantity is sufficient for 2-3 members. Make mushroom soup, drink it and share your experiences with us.
