(Music) Hi Bold Bakers! I’ve heard from a lot of you that you want to see my No Machine Peanut Butter & Chocolate Ice Cream on YouTube so here it is! Also, I have some really exciting news. In case you didn’t notice, I’ve just launched my first Bold Baker T-Shirt.
I really hope that you like it. I put all of the information on where to buy it here and in the description box below including color and sizes. And just to let you know, they do ship internationally.
I really hope you like my T-Shirt because it took me a long time to design it. Now let’s get ice cream making! In a large bowl, add in your peanut butter. You can use chunky or smooth. I like chunky because it has good texture.
Give your peanut butter a mix just to make it nice and loose and easy to incorporate the ice cream base. If you don’t know how to make my ice cream base, make sure you watch my No Machine Ice Cream video on YouTube.
Now simply mix the two ingredients together. This is my kind of ice cream because it’s going to be sweet and salty. Next melt some good quality chocolate. I like mine a little bit darker so I’m using 72% cocoa solids.
And then simply drizzle this into your ice cream base. And then gently ripple these two lovely ingredients together. I absolutely adore peanut butter and chocolate. Now transfer this mix into your container.
Carefully scoop in your ice cream to keep all your lovely chocolate ripples. I like to add another swirl of melted chocolate on top for more texture and flavor. As always, I’m going to finish this with my homemade sticker.
This ice cream just proves that chocolate and peanut butter are better together. Now there’s another fantastic ice cream recipe to add to your repertoire. Don’t forget that my T-Shirts are only on sale for a limited time so I hope all my Bold Bakers are able to get one.
Thank you for watching and I’ll see you back here again next Thursday for more Bigger Bolder Baking.
