Welcome to Sudha’s Kitchen. little millet 2 cup urad dal 1 cup millet & dal are soaked for 8 hours grind urad dal grind millet do not make it a nice paste, grind coarsely mix it thoroughly rest the batter for 8 hours (fermentation) batter is ready now ( after 8 hours ) add salt , 1/4 tsp baking soda and mix it well cook for 5-8 minutes on low flame
