Namaskar! Welcome to Nishamadhulika.com. Today we are going to make sindhi sai bhaji. This is a sindhi recipe. And it tastes delicious. So come, let’s prepare sindhi sai bhaji. Palak – 250 grams Remove the stems and separate the leaves and wash it in water properly.
Cholayi – 1 cup Separate the leaves and wash it properly. Pumpkin – 100 gram or 1 cp (Yellow pumpkin) Potato – 1 Tomato – 3 or 200 grams Green chilli – 2 (Cut and make a paste) Brinjal – 1 Gwar fali – 1/4 cup (Finely cut) CLUSTER BEANS——————– Beans – 1/4 cp (Finely cut) Gram dal – 1/4 cup Soak the dal in water.
This is soaked chana dal. Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera) – 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp Dhaniya powder – 1 tsp Coriander leaves – 2 to 3 tbsp Salt – More than 1 tsp or as per taste.
Asafetida – 1 pinch Ginger – 1 inch All the things are ready, so now we’ll cut potato and brinjal as we cannot cut it beforehand as it becomes black. Let’s heat the cooker. The cooker is now hot, so let’s add oil to it.
Once the oil is hot, add asafetida and cumin seeds to it. Once the cumin seeds are roasted, add turmeric powder and ginger. Roast a little and add coriander powder. Add a paste of tomato and green chilli.
We have made a paste of tomato and green chilli. Instead of making a paste you can cut tomato and green chilli into pieces. Some people do not like it when big pieces of tomato and green chilli come in their mouth, so at that time making a paste is useful.
Now we’ll add red chilli to it. We have added 1/4 tsp red chilli to it. You can increase or decrease the quantity of red chilli as per your choice. Roast the masala a little. Till then we will cut the vegetables.
Cut the vegetables into tiny pieces. Cut the potato and brinjal similarly. Our potato and brinjals are now cut. Our masala is now ready. Now add chana dal to it. Add brinjals to it. Add gwar fali, beans, pumpkin, cholayi and palak.
Add salt. Mix everything well. Cook the dish till 1 whistle comes. Once the whistle comes, turn the stove on low flame. Cook the dish on low flame for 10 minutes. We have cooked the dish for 10 minutes on low flame so now turn off the flame.
Once the pressure of the cooker is over, take out the vegetables. The pressure of the cooker is gone. Our dish is now ready. We get a good fragrance from it. Our sabzi is now ready. Mix the vegetable a little and mash a little.
Mash the dish a little. Add coriander leaves a little and mix well. Make sure that everything is mixed properly. Our dish is now ready. Take it out in a bowl. Our dish is now ready. Garnish the dish with coriander leaves.
Sindhi sai bhaji is now ready. Delicious bhaji is prepared. Serve sindhi bhaji along with chapati, paratha or rice. You can add vegetables of your choice. We have added cholayi and palak to it, you can even add fenugreek, soya, carrot or cabbage.
