Alright, now we’re going to add in our shrimp. And then before our garlic burns, we’re going to go ahead and add our lemon juice, and we’re going to squeeze our two limes. And that’s a lot of juice, but we really want that flavor to cook right in to the shrimp, onions and garlic.
And we’re lightly going to salt and pepper it. And then we’re going to dust the entire top, about half tablespoon of oregano. And you could see that the shrimp is already starting to turn, little bit pink.
