Tawa Chicken Fry Chicken – 250 grams Ginger and Garlic Paste Green chillies – 2 (cut into half) Onion – 1 medium Size (cut into small pieces) Turmeric – 1/2 tsp, Red Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp Garam Masala – 2 tsp (Home made) Coriander leaves/Cilantro – finely chopped Mix well.
Add Mint and Curry leaves if you have. you can also add salt now Refrigerate marinated Chicken atleast for 30 mins Cover with Plate and Refrigerate Add Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp Add marinated Chicken Mix Well Cover with lid.
Cook for 5 mins Remove the lid after 5 mins. You can see excess water from chicken coming out Mix it again Add Salt – 1 1/2 tsp Mix it again. Cover with lid and cook for another 15 mins until all the water evaporated.
Cooked Well Add Chilli Powder or Salt if required more Mix well Don’t cover with lid at this time to get fry taste Finally add homemade Garam Masala and mix well Turn off the stove flame and transfer to the serving bowl Transfer chicken to serving bowl Garnish with Coriander leaves Squeeze Lime juice/ Lemon Juice before you eat
