Let the oil heat up Saute for 2 minutes Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes Now vegetables are half cooked Mix Well Cook for 2 minutes on Low Flame Filling is ready so turn the flame off From wheat flour dough, make small sized balls Make medium sized flat “Chapattis” Use a “Tawa” to half cook the “Chapattis” from both the sides.
Flip the “Chapatti” when it’s done from one side Prepare all wraps in same manner Spread Mayonnaise on half wrap Add Prepared filling on top Shred Mozzarella Cheese on top Sprinkle Oregano and Chilli Flakes on top Fold the wrap Brush oil on one side of all quesadillas Preheat the Havells Griller on Medium temperature Place the quesadillas on griller.
Ensure to keep the oiled side at bottom. Now Brush oil on top as well Grill for 5 minutes on Medium to High Temperature After 5 minutes, the grilled quesadillas are ready to serve Serve quesadillas with your choice of sauce.
I prefer with Chipotle and Chilli sauce.
