Hi This is Alia and let’s continue our Thai food menu! So far we made the Thai fried rice with shrimp. YUM!!! So, Click this link if you have not seen the video. and today, we’re going to make vegetables Thai style.
These are simple vegetables that you can find anywhere But we’re going to add the Thai twisted and this dish is one of the best vegetable dishes ever! Let’s start! Here are our vegetables Cabbage, onion, carrot, baby corn, Chinese Kale (you can use spinach instead) and tomato All chopped in medium sized pieces and the carrot is thinly sliced We have enough for one portion Place all the vegetables in the same plate add the crushed garlic, light brown sugar, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce! Drizzle vegetable oil to a pan and heat it up on medium heat for a few seconds.
Now add the vegetables! With your spatula, mix them well and also give them a nice massage with the back of the spatula while stirring. This will help blend all the flavors! Stir-fry for 5 minutes, and that’s it!!! Really, we are done! Serve on a plate and sprinkle some white ground pepper on top! You can also add some chopped herbs like fresh cilantro or basil!
