So lets get fit and quickly make Chick Pea salad For this I have taken 1 cup of Chickpea which i have soaked overnight and pressure cooked them.
chickpeas not only helps in loosing weight but for vegeterians its a good source of protien Now we will take 1/2 cup Avacado This will give a creamy texture to this salad if u don’t have it then u can avoid Avacado has monosaturated fat which helps to prevent heart disease So if you have then please use it.
Now we will add some veggies too 1/2 Cup Onion 1/3 Cup Raw Mango 1/2 Cup Cucumber 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes 1/3 Cup Fresh Coriander/Cilantro and some Fresh Mint leaves For dressing first we need 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Chaat Masala 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin 1/2 teaspoon Black Salt to Taste Green Chilli 1 teaspoon or as per taste Olive Oil 1 table spoon Last will add 1/2 Lemon Mix the Ingredients Rest The dressing for some time to enhance the flavor
